Our team was formed early 2008 by long-time lone-wolves and newbies, now addicted in airsoft. The main purpose of forming Spearhead is to have a tight nit group to train and to attend events with, that will have the training and tactical advantage on the battlefield.

Currently we are 41 in our team NCR Chapter and 23 in our Vigan Chapter, Ilocos Sur Province.

Accomplishments of our team so far:
- our team official website, http://spearheadteam.wetpaint.com is very active with good traffic, thus encouraging 1 local airsoft shop and 1 international (WGC Shop) to post their advertisement!

- the only Filipino Team Website featured in airsoftica.com showing 4 stars for its website review!

- spearhead official & hosted game site, Zone Juan has already become popular! Zone Juan weekly game invitation stays on top as far as number of views is concerned on all weekly game site invitations based on forum of filairsoft.com (FAS)!

- Zone Juan earned positive feedbacks like "zombie-free zone", "good marshalling", "newbie-friendly site", "great scenarios to play", "nice urban/CQB/jungle setup!", "creative themed weekly games", "good amenities" and so on...

- spearhead team barely 6months since it was formed now have 41 active members in NCR Chapter plus 23 members in our Vigan, Ilocos Sur Chapter!

- registered team member in UAA (United Airsoft Alliance), an organization in the Philippines desiring to establish a truly representative and broad-based, non-governing organization among airsofters.

In few more months, our team will eventually join airsoft tournaments in the Philippines!
