Airsoft in the US is legal, but there are some areas where local laws over ride that right.

I guess it's still kinda grey here in Indonesia, eventho you can buy airsoft guns and there are a lot of playing fields. It's okay to own them and to play with them, It's kinda grey because to actually import an airsoft is illegal if you dont have the documents from the police (which is really hard to get).

But there are ways around that ;) we just buy from the sellers (don't want to know how they got it in, just buy, no questions asked) So no private buys for us from the web, just have to find the sellers....

unfortunelly in Chile this activity isn`t be regulated by any law... we only have the law of fire arms and a reglament from the sanity ministry...

and we try to keep the most estricted to the law posible.. but being estricted in our country wath is not prohibited is allowed by our law...

actually we work in a national federation and in a project to regulate our activity at a national level

the sport department of guverment actually is allowing to the teams and associations being recogniced like profesional sports clubs and profesionals asociations... like a way to be more protected front a potential problems who can be generated in front this ausence of an especify regulation over our activity

Hey,Here in the Netherlands it is forbidden to play the great game of airsoft.
So we have to go to Belgium for a game,Me and my team "The Crazy Dutch" travel trough europe to play and most of the time its in the UK.

So strange here in Holland you can buy and use all the drugs you want but can notplay this great game.

Over here, your weapon needs to be modified to fire semi automatic or manually only. No fully automatic weapons allowed, as long as they bring up more than 0,5joules velocity (about 150 fps, I guess).

Germany. Pathetic. Usually.

Norway.

No fps rule by law. But The Norweigan Airsoft Assosiation (for those clubs members of this) have these rules:

All airsoft weapons are to be chrono before game. All chrono are with 0.20 bb`s and all fps rule are set with 0.20 bb. No rules about what types of bb`s that could be used, but there are rules about what types of safety glasses that are allowed in game.

300fps indoor and single only
350fps outdoor full auto but when less then 5 meter we tend to say BANG if we surprise someone from the back or know he/she don`t know we are there.
450fps single shot AEG (semi sniper) with 20 meter safety distance for engaging.
550fps bolt sniper only. 30 meter safety distance for engaging.

Wow I feel really lucky that I don't have all those restrictions you guys have(I'm from the US). Airsoft is one of my favorite things to do and I couldn't go without it.
